1. Who we are
Projoint ("we", "us") is operated by the team at hello@projoint.tech. When you create an account or use the service at projoint.tech you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. The service
Projoint is a project-management tool: tasks, projects, chat, docs, files, time tracking, integrations. We provide it on a hosted SaaS basis at app.projoint.tech.
We work hard to keep the service available but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. Free-tier users get best-effort uptime; paid plans get the SLA stated on the pricing page.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old (or the local minimum, whichever is higher).
- You're responsible for the actions taken under your account — keep your password safe and enable two-factor authentication.
- One person per account; teams are explicitly modelled — please invite teammates rather than share a login.
4. Your content
You own everything you upload to Projoint — tasks, files, comments, docs, project data. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide the service to you and your team. We don't use your content to train AI models.
You're responsible for the legality of what you upload. We may remove content that violates law or these terms (we'll notify you when reasonable).
5. Acceptable use
- Don't use Projoint for illegal activity, spam, harassment, malware distribution, or unauthorised access attempts.
- Don't try to reverse-engineer or scrape the service beyond the limits of our public API.
- Don't share login credentials with anyone outside your team.
6. Pricing & payment
Free tier is free forever within the limits described on /pricing. Paid tiers are billed monthly or annually. Refunds are at our discretion — we typically refund annual plans pro-rata within the first 30 days, no questions asked.
Stripe is our payment processor. Card details are stored with Stripe, never on our servers.
7. Termination
You can delete your account anytime from settings. We retain your data for 30 days post-deletion as a restore window, then permanently delete it. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, ideally after a warning.
8. Liability
Projoint is provided "as is". To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We're not responsible for indirect damages (lost profits, lost data, business interruption) except where required by law.

10. Changes
We may update these terms over time. Material changes will be announced via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Projoint is incorporated. Disputes are first attempted in good faith via email at legal@projoint.tech; unresolved disputes go to the courts of that jurisdiction.
