What is Projoint, and who is it for?
A project workspace for small teams, freelancers and agencies: tasks, boards and timelines, team chat, docs, files and time tracking in one place. You can also invite clients to just the projects they need.
Is it free?
Yes. Free covers up to 10 members per team, unlimited projects and tasks, 500 MB of storage and 25 MB per file — no card required — and you can connect Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor over MCP. Personal is $5/month and Team is $10 per member per month; they add storage, the REST API, webhooks and the built-in AI features.
How do I pay for a paid plan?
Online checkout is not live yet. Start free, then press “Request upgrade” in Billing and we switch the plan on for you. We’ll confirm the price with you before anything is charged.
How does AI work — do I need my own key?
For the built-in assistant and agents, yes: today they run on your own key (Anthropic, OpenAI or OpenRouter) on a paid plan. Your provider bills you directly and we add no markup. Managed AI, where we provide the key for about +$8/month, is coming soon. Connecting Claude or ChatGPT over MCP needs no key and works on every plan. AI is optional — everything else works without it.
Do you train AI on my data? How is it protected?
No, we don’t train models on your content. Team data is isolated with Postgres row-level security, and files are served through short-lived signed links. You can turn on two-factor sign-in.
Is there a mobile app?
Projoint works in the mobile browser and installs to the Home Screen on iPhone and Android, with push notifications. There are no App Store or Google Play apps yet.
Will I get email notifications?
Notifications arrive in the in-app inbox and as push notifications. By email we only send account messages (sign-up, password reset) and invitations today. Email notifications are planned for paid plans.
Can I use it with Claude Code or Cursor?
Yes, on every plan, including Free. In the app, open your avatar → Connect Claude & AI apps: add Projoint to claude.ai or ChatGPT with one click, or copy the ready-made setup for Claude Code, Cursor or any MCP client.
What languages does it support?
The app is available in English, Russian, Ukrainian, Spanish, German, French and Brazilian Portuguese. It starts in your browser’s language, and you can switch at any time.
